Any ruler who survives long enough to be surrounded by flatterers eventually gets called "King of Kings." Just about every king in the olden days was accorded that title, even though his neighbor called himself that too. I suppose you'd have to take it to the next level, "king of kings of kings" for it to have any meaning, and then it'd still be silly.

According to my philosophy, the Universe we are dealing, trying to understand is the one uniting us!
Each one of us IS a Universe greater that the bonding us Universe! To each individual Universe each one of us is the ruler, the king, the God, and so on! Thus, in our universe, each one of us IS the King, IS the God!
In this sense, you Lonely Walnut are the king is kings, the god, the ruler.
This is not to get the 10 points, is to show my philosophy!
Regarding the common Universe, Zeus is the god, father and king of all!

Louis XIV is often considered to be the King of Kings. He took the kingly state to its zenith (see "The Shield of Achilles" by Philip Bobbitt). He created a centralised bureacracy, a professional standing army and implemented universal taxation to fund it all. In addition, he ensured all power was personified in him as absolute monarch over the nobility, church, military and state itself.

Jesus was dubbed that title during his lifetime. It was initially meant to be a mockery of his existence by those who opposed him and his teachings, but grew to mean something much more important to those who believed deeply in him.
