You would feel some wind, but only due to the random components of the wind turbulence and sheer. However, at a 50 mph average windspeed, these are significant!
The 50 mph hypothetical wind is just an average windspeed. Air is a fluid, subject to turbulence when air comes in contact with either slower moving air layers or solid objects such as the earth.
Near the surface of the earth, there is considerable turbulence because the surface of the earth slows down the wind. As you get closer to the surface, the wind speed tends to decrease.
With a 50 mph average wind speed, the random wind variations and turbulence would be quite significant - there easily could be variations of 20 - 30 mph over the course of a second or two. You certainly would feel all of those random variations and turbulence as wind.

If everything were exactly that (and the air pressure was the same inside and outside of the car), No. But if you're driving in 50 mph winds, I recommend letting the passenger stick their head out. That's so dangerous for the driver to stick their head out! How could you propose such a thing?!?

If the speed of the wind (measured with respect to the ground) is 50 mph and you are driving 50 mph (measured with respect to the ground) in the same direction as the wind, the speed of the wind relative to you is zero...so it should seem like there is no wind at all (assuming perfect conditions).

Absolutely you would I live in Florida and we see winds that high often especially in the past couple of years. I would imagine that you would actually "feel" the winds to be higher than 50 miles an hour. you are driving into the wind, with the wind blowing against your face, you will definately feel the wind, absolutely!

In theory NO. You wouldn't feel the wind. But in practice you would feel some air movement due to the turbulance created by the car moving through the air. I have done this on a bike - you can reach a state of equilibriam between the tailwind and your forward motion being at exactly the same speed and therefore feel no wind.

yes you will feel the wind. The stationery wind your car is opposing in the front of windscreen, bumper or entering the car windows etc is getting opposed to some extent & will create turbulance & changes is the flow of winds surrounding it. This will create random winds to engulf the car & create opposition for you to feel.

No, if you and the wind were traveling in the same straight line at the same velocity,
