Even easier way... go down to your local tobaccoist, and buy the actual blunt wrap instead. Much less messy than hollowing out a cigar. Plus, you can pick from a ton of flavors. Blunts are the best... they burn well and are HIGHly effective. If you don't have a tabaccoist or paraphenelia shop where you're from, click on the link below and order them online. Get you a peach Philly, they are the best. Cut it long-ways and empty out the tobacco. Then put your weed in there and roll it back up. Lick it so it sticks. Bam, simple as that. Why do you have to ask this?

Cut it open
Empty it out
Fill it with the filler of your choice
Roll it up so it is overlapping itself
Lick it along the opening
Press it together
Enjoy
Rinse and repeat
