Try laying off fatty stuff and working out helps 2, the whole swet thing works out great, oh and drinking lots of water really helps clearing your skin. these things work for me at least...

depending on your age - there's alotta ways.
young - avoid sweets. cleanse 2 times daily
older - use a "natural" remedy you can get for free from your man.

CHOCOLATE! it always makes my friends and I break out while "the painters are in". Also to reduce cramps and breakouts lay off the caffine...it majorly triggers them. hope i helped!
