Unfortunately none of them are super duper. They all have the same typical wait time of about 2 minutes. EPT you can test earlier than others but still not more than 3 days before your missed period and even then you should test again later.

Most pregnancy test are accurate. So it doesn't really matter which one you get. You can buy a really expensive pregnancy test or you can go to the 99 cent store and get a pregnancy test there. Either way, they will both give you the same result and probably the same amount of time.

Actually, the test I got from the Dollar Tree was the most responsive.
Look at the back of the box, and see what the min. levels of hcg (the pregnancy hormone) it can detect. Some cheaper ones detect as low as 40 or 45, while the digital more expensive ones detect around 50-65. (The lower the number, the sooner you can test.)
For the most accurate result, use first morning urine. (It has more concentrated hormonal levels.)
Of course, a blood test will give you results before any home preg. test!
Good luck!

Go to http://www.pregnancytests.com and there you can buy tests that claim it will show you are pregnant 6-8 days after conception.
All pregnancy tests are the same that you buy out at the store and if you are pregnant a positive result will show up like in less than a minute.
Go to http://www.peeonastick.com (to compare tests)
Good luck

My fiancee and I asked a pharmacist which test was the best, and he told us to buy the cheapest one, because they all test for the same horomone.
If you're trying to get pregnant, DON'T waste your money on the home-pregnancy-test-looking ovulation tests, spend a little more money now and buy the spit one that you can wash out....may seem a little weird and gross, but 3 of my friends concieved using this form of "knowing"
Also, don't run out and buy a test everytime you feel a little yucky, wait a few days and see if it passes, cuz if it is neg everytime, you'll be out some $ and you'll get discouraged REALLY QUICK!

I took jsut a store brand one and it came out right as soon as I peed on the stick, but then again I was a couple months pregnant, so I had more of the hormone in my urine. I think EPT is sposed to be the fastest though

anyone of them are good. No true results will happen until the hCG hormone is present though. This comes from the developing placenta which helps the "egg" if you will maintain its own existence. I used EPT. It worked great.

Wow, Jade I hope you're not the father.
EPT, but like a few others said if the eCG isn't present in your urine then an early test won't help.

I've read (in Consumer Reports I think) that EPT is the best on the market.

Priest walking along a cliff, sees a little boy crying. "What's wrong, little boy?" he asks.
"My Mummy fell over the cliff" cries the boy, "and then my daddy fell over too trying to save her, and now they're both dead at the bottom of the cliff".
"Oh dear" says the priest, lifting his cassock, "today isn't your lucky day, is it?"
