I'm not too knowledgeable about welfare overall, so any insight to that would be helpful also.

R U serious? They need it the most. A woman w/ a husband can work or make her lazy husband work.

I believe that's primarily who welfare was intended to benefit.
I don't recommmend going out and getting pregnant, in hopes of a having a better, easier life than you have at home with your parents.

You do not get on welfare for your self.You do it for your baby!You are the care taker of your baby,and any thing you can do to make her life a little happyer by putting food on her plate and being able to dress her,and keep a plce for her to live,do it!!!!!Love your baby!That means getting on welfare for love!

I think so, but not if they are living with a man who is supporting them but just not married. I know someone like this.
