Total equality. Unfortunately however, racism is an individual problem. Until people change their own minds, racism will still exist. Society as a whole can be unbiased, but individuals within the society can ruin that with their own attitudes and actions.

Stop giving racists so much attention. If someone makes a racist remark, it is plastered all over the media and howled about for weeks. The more we actively try to ignore the differences between our races and cultures, the more racism hangs on. We have a fear of racism, so we vigilantly observe our racial differences.

The only way racism will end is when we treat eachother equally REGARDLESS of race.

We as a nation need to take a deep breath and wait for our primitive and paranoid culture to evolve.
Racism is a learned behavior. There is less of it now than there was, but enough remains that racism will not die for several more generations. It is heart breaking to see the anger in the faces of young men when they know prejudice is being used against them.

Get rid of minorities? Seriously, racism can only be changed by the victims. Seems strange, but if they wish to be treated differently, they need to act differently. PROVE that you are not a criminal; Prove that you are not lazy; Prove that you can hold a job, etc.

Everyone just be friends! I have a majority of friends who are different cultures. I think now a days it is getting better. I think it starts in childhood. My kids always played with blacks and they were the best of friends. My grandkids are part black and I think they are the best thing that has ever happened in my life. When children are in school, most get along great and I think as they get to be adults they aren't as racist as a lot of people. I wish everyone did get along because God loves all people.

People need to stop caring so much about what is on the outside and more about what is on the inside. We are such a superficial country. We need to stop grouping people into categories. There is no "us" and "them." There is only us. We are all unique. This need not divide us.
