you put it in the category people go to the most, just in case they know the answer to your question. like, if you ask a question and want all the girls to answer it, you could post it in the "beauty" category. did i get it?

Because your brain sends impulses to the rest of your body. This desperately confuses your cerebral configuration to a point at which you no longer act on brain impulses telling you what's right to do, you act randomly as if you have nothing backing up the decisions you choose to make.
In other words... its because you could probably care less.

cause you are in a bit of a trouble if you really are tensed or usually commit mistakes like those u just referred,i think u should try out meditation to strengthen ur senses.good luck dear
