Most airlines will not let you board the plane if you are in your third trimester. It all depends on how pregnant you look. If you don't look ready to pop, you should be fine. And if anyone asks, tell them your 6 months pregnent. What can they do, ask for proof? Good luck.

Not only will you not be allowed, and your doctor will strongly recommend against, understand that it's not healthy for you or your baby... I don't remember exactly why, but it has to do with clotting and the cabin pressure... not to mention the fact that you'll be far away from your doctor should your baby choose that moment to make it's entrance into the world... my advice... stick close to home.

most airlines have their own rules about how far along you are correlating if you can travel or not. As long as your dr tinks everythign is goign fine, I read that it is totally fine, just most dr's don't want you going too far away from the hospital after a certain time, ask him/ her when that would be :)
