It's funny you asked..here in our city in Florida many Mexicans came to our city to help repair the homes and businesses after the many hurricanes last year. . So one day we went out for lunch at our favorite Chinese buffet. and when the kitchen door of the restaurant opened the regular Chinese chef didn't come through the door to replace more food on the buffet table...Guess who was cooking?
A very nice Mexican young man and he did a great job. I was surprised that over to the side of the serving area was a qasadilla under the warming light.....lol I think the restaurant might end up Chi/ Mex! LOL

let's remember that some on the owners of Chinese restaurants and Chinese Americans... so then.. yeah they do hire Americans.
chain ones like panda express does hire white Americans.

Well, all the Japanese restaurants in SF are owned by Chinese people...Why not?
Don't forget the Asian fusion restaurants, those are all [Caucasians] if, that's what you meant...
