My supervisor made it clear that we have to give two days advance notice, but I have to stay home to take my dogs out of the animal shelter. They escaped through the fence and the dog cathcher got them and put them in doggie jail

how many people know they will get sick 2 days later? any way,find out what time the doggie jail opens and closes. go into work and tell your supervisor you have to leave at____, because you have to pick your dogs up at the pound. if the supervisor says no, then you know this person has no feelings.leave and get your dogs.if you loose your job, good, nobody wants to work under a butt-hole boss. animals are trust worthy and they trust you to come and get them.animals can be trusted more than people. Use your kids as an excuse if you have them. Say they are sick and they need someone home with them. Otherwise, tell them you have a family emergency in another state or something. Do they really need to know anyway? We all have our personal issues. Tell them you have a doctor's appt or something.
