one day i was pressing the bottons on my computer moniter and i made the brighness on my computer darker. i cant figure out what i did but all i know is i have a NEC computer if that helps... but it would really help me if somone knew what to do becaue its hard to see. thank you.

It has nothing to do with the computer. It's all about the monitor.
Most monitors have a button to bring up it's on-screen display. You then have some buttons that go up or down a menu. You'll have to figure out which one means brightness, becuase it won't use words. It likely looks like a sun. Hit your "+" or enter button to go into the brightness mode, then + and - to adjust

On your monitor there must be a botton that says Menu. Click on it and you`ll get a small menu with several options. Search for the one that says brightness. and just adjust it to your liking

tere will be a sign like sun on ur coomputer n i think three buttons depends upon the model of screen on ths sun's sign take the light by one button n oters are for increasing n decreeasing function ok

hit those buttons on front of the monitor to the brightness settings and increase the brightness.

on the front of your monitor u should have buttons or a onscreen menu to change the brightness and other things.

First of all "Hello". Now let me see if i can help you. First you start off by clicking on the start button, then click on control panel, then highlight and click on appearance and themes, highlight and click on display and there you'll have your options. Hope I was helpfull.

there should be a menu button on the bottom of your monitor and you should be able to select brightness and that should help
