PETA is People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals - when it comes to animal rights groups, these guys are really out there ... very extreme
I guess Beyonce may have stepped on an ant or looked at a kitten the wrong way ... with PETA, it doesn't matter so much what you do as who you are a lot of the times
She wears fur ... and leather belts and shoes ... and eats meat ... I could continue, but I would rather answer other questions instead

Peta is an extremist group who tries to work for rights for animals, but takes it to extremes and cares more for animals than people. With that said, they also do not follow thier own believes, you may have heard of the mass killings they did of dogs and cats in the recent years. Yep, they killed hundreds and through them in the dumpster, just because they could not find homes. Anyway, here is the story on Beyonce...
Beyonce Confronted by PETA Members Over Fur Use
By: Mark Lelinwalla
June 19, 2006
On Thursday night (June 15) at the upscale New York City restaurant, Nobu, Beyonce took the time to have dinner with two people who had won an eBay auction to dine her.
However, Beyonce had no idea that the winners of the auction were in fact PETA members, with a message for the R&B diva.
Comment (7) The dinner was running smooth, until everyone placed their orders. At that point, the PETA members pulled out and placed a portable DVD player on the dinner table. They began playing Pamela Anderson’s protest of the fur industry, which shows graphic details of the process of killing animals for their fur.
Reportedly, Beyonce, who was joined at the table by her mother Tina and her sister Solange, took offense to the PETA members presenting her with that DVD at that particular time. However, allegedly Beyonce’s mother asked the PETA members to leave and they were escorted out of the restaurant. B and her family stayed to finish their dinner.
PETA members wanted to have a word with Beyonce, after learning that her upcoming fashion line, the House of Derrion, includes fur items.

PETA is People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. A group who has long since tainted a good idea with violence, assault and personal attacks.
Two PETA zealots paid a charity for dinner with Beyonce and proceeded to attack her and her mother about using fur in her clothing line.
They throw paint on people wearing fur coats (Even fake fur). The do protests that go too far. Like I said a good idea gone bad by the actions of overzealous freaks.

PETA is the People for Ethical Treatment of Animals. Which should actually be PFETOA but they're dumb hippies that can't figure out acronyms.
They're mad at Beyonce because she likes to beat Penguins. She bought a bunch of Penguins that she keeps locked up in a cage outside of her Texas home and when she gets mad at one of her Hollaback girls, she beats and kicks her penguins. PETA doesn't think this is very "ethical" but I say, what you do with your penguins is your own garsh darned business

A bunch of hypocrites who kill animals yet claim to be an animal rights group ( http://www.petakillsanimals.com/ ). I guess it's time for me to go back to KFC which I try to do whenever they make the headlines. I can't stand KFC, but I force it down in their honor. :)
More peta hyporcrisy:
Animal rights zealots turning a blind eye to science is nothing new, even though they benefit just like the rest of us. PETA vice president Mary Beth Sweetland has diabetes and injects herself daily with insulin that was tested on animals. Yet she campaigns against experiments on animals -- making her a veritable poster-child for hypocrisy. She concedes that her medicine "still contains some animal products -- and I have no qualms about it ... I don't see myself as a hypocrite. I need my life to fight for the rights of animals."
