I imagine that your meeting is going to have bathroom breaks. That would be the time to run to the restroom. There really is no way to extend it....especially if it's almost time and the only way i know about is using birth control pills...but you already have to be on them and it's something about skipping the placebo pills.
Sit towards the back of the room or near the door so you can slip out if you need to quietly and with as little disturbance to the people around you as possible.

Well from my experience meetings that last long, they usually let youget up for a short break. Nature calls ya know. But if they don't then do what the other posts say. Use a "super" tampon and put a pad on for backup just in case. That way you know your safe.

The easiest way is to go on the pill and then don't take the 7 day break. Continue on your next pack right away. Then you won't get your period.
Be careful though, because if you forget for even one day, you'll get breakthrough bleeding.

You don't. Unfortunately thats just how life is. Try using a Super Absorpancy tampon instead of a pad. They last about 8 hours. Pads are messy.

Have a hysterctomy. Otherwise, if you are regular, you won't be able to "postpone" your period. Try using both a tampon and a pad, it will give you some extra time.

If you are on BC pills, simply do not take the blue pills. If you continue to take the white ones, you will not have your period.

Stopping it is impossible, without mentioning unhealthy!, but tampons work just fine, they buy you some extra time. Try using Tampax Pearl those are the best, absolutely no leakage

if you're on monophasic birth control, you can just skip to the next active pills instead of waiting a week. you have monophasic birth control if the pills are all the same color.
