There is no definitive answer to this if you are not blinded by creationism.
Homo sapiens will have evolved gradually, over tens of thousands of years, from another species (NOT from any species of ape now living). At some indefinable stage the change was sufficient to be classified as a new species, but it is impossible to say with any precision when that change occurred.
Anyone who wants a defined event and time simply has not taken the trouble to understand evolution, and any comments on the subject can be ignored.
