How did you do it? I am 27 and used to work out 5-6 days a week doing heavy cardio and light lifting about 2 days a week. Plus I was eating healthier. I still didn't lose and I don't want to use pills. I am only wanting to lose about 10 pounds....any suggestions?

There are as many ways to lose weight as there are people, however exercise and proper diet are still the most proper ways.
