Corn starch! it has been used for many years and is still the best thing on the market and the least expensive too!

If you can get a hold of aloe, that will work. Gold Bond puts out a powder that is specifically for prickly heat. Cortizone 10 Plus with aloe would also work.

calamine lotion is a good sauce or try a cream that contain aloa vera.

try piriton take it in morning before you go out in sun it works for me and i get it really bad
