Someone told me once not to ask a question for which I knew the answer. It made sense to me. People are not toys.
However, it's okay to ask a question that we think we know the answer, but we are not sure of our answer.
Also try not to ruin the English language by abbreviating and making up words. One day we will blame ourselves for that.

I think it is Kuwait or is it just the richest?
Vatican City qualifies, but is not an official country, I don't think.
