This Nation was founded in God but now we put Him on the back burner. If we had more God logically speaking we would have less crime.

There used to be prayer and ten commandments in schools. I think that is good because it teaches people how to act and fit into society. Prayer gives people hope.
The only thing I did not like about it was done by man. If someone sinned then society blasted them with a lot of blame and shame.
That part should be left out. But it is important to our society for us to have similar values so we do not end up fighting religious wars like they do in the middle east.

Logically speaking, God has nothing to do with the crime rate. God is a figment of your imagination.

How do you know that prayer in schol is the needs of the many? It may be that it is only you who wants to pray in school.

Praying in school a necessity, I don't think so. If you feel the need to pray in school, go ahead, there's nobody stopping you. Just keep it to yourself.

Logically speaking there will be less crime if we get God involved? God is responsible for vast amounts of human suffering and crime.

In the name of God, preachers steal money from poor people.
In the name of God, wars have been started.

In the name of God, there is ignorance. (and i'm not just talking about evolution.....the church killed many for being heretics for suggesting things like the earth revolves around the sun and not the other way around)

If you want to pray....great.
Don't pray in my schools and I promise not to do any thinking in your church.

I got an email like this a few days ago, the first thought that comes to mind is an brief example, I am not a Bible buff but I know it says that we are suppose to pray behind close doors, or in a sense not broadcast to everyone that we are praying, so the people who believe in God and pray don't necessarily voice their opinions, however people that don't believe feel offended and voice their opinion...in return the faithful kneel behind their closed doors and pray for them so they may find their way. In the end does it really matter who wins here on earth? God knows who is faithful no matter how we pray.

Well, let's just move God back to the front burner! Screw the Constitution and its guaranteed separation of church and state! Who needs freedom of religion??! Whatever religion the majority of Congress happens to be, that's what everyone in the country should convert to. Makes sense to me..... I hope you like being told what you can and cannot believe.

Isn't your god powerful enough to do without a boost from public school teachers?
