My grandson's picture is supposed to be on www.centralbaptist.com in Lexington, KY. I cannot seem to find it. He is a newborn baby, born last Friday, June 16.

go to http://www.growingfamily.com and there you put the city (Lexington) and the state in and then it will have a list of hospitals then click on the hospital name. And then it will be a list of baby names but only their first name and middle intial (no last name) and you will see your grandson.

I had my baby at the university of kentucky hosptial and all the pictures they take from almost every hospital in the states is on that website.

Good luck and Congrats!!!!

Women with infections of gonorrhea or chlamydia can pass the infection to their baby as the baby passes through the birth canal. To prevent the baby from becoming infected, an antibiotic ointment or Silver Nitrate jelly is placed in the eyes. In many communities, mothers are tested for these conditions early in pregnancy, however public health law dictates that every baby receive this eye treatment (including babies born by cesarean). Some experts feel the administration of antibiotics to every newborn is unsafe. Other experts express concern that the antibiotic ointment blurs the vision of the baby, making it difficult for the mother and baby to bond. Depending on the laws of your community you may be able to refuse this treatment or delay if for two hours.
