You can get used or "refurbished" computers from many sources. Obviously these will not be top of the line computers and a monitor will not likely be included. If you are not looking for a "gaming" PC, you can get a usable computer. They will most likely have a Pentium 3 or Celeron processor, a small hard drive (20-30G), onboard graphics, 256M memory. Buy a brand name from a reputable dealer. Make certain it includes an operating system (some flavor of windows is most likely ).

There is no such thing...great desktop and under $200 should not be in the same sentence.
