WHy cant women put on mascara with their mouths closed?

Because when you put on mascara, you tend to raise your eyebrows and drop you chin in order to create best access to the lashes. That makes your outh to pop open.

opening you mouth while putting on mascara allows the facial musclesto stretch, in order for ur eyes to open up a bit more....

I have never figured that out for myself. Though as a Skin Care teacher I find it hilarious when my students do that whole mouth thing as they are putting makeup on other people. Maybe it is because they are concentrating too hard.

umm i put on mascara with my mouth closed why would u keep your mouth open? ive never heard of that.

Before I stopped wearing makeup, I used to do the same and I could only keep my mouth shut if I actually tried.

I do that for the bottom lashes because it draws your skin tighter so there is less chance of getting the mascara on your skin.

because we are sexi in all our bones...we are born to be sexi...and the mouth open is a sexi attitude...it feels nice too...and we look pretty like that :P
