Might have to uninstall and reinstall....from the camera side.

I had that problem with people seeing Mine...sometimes if just takes attempting over and over if you are using YM...

For a while I used MSN...which, not only always worked....but...has a better screen image and smoother flowing images.

Web cam chat rooms have some funny rules.

For example:
1. You may not be able to view a web cam unless you have yours setup.
2. Depending on the site, you may have to install their software.
3. Sometimes there is a limit as to how many people are allowed to be in a particular chat room, and so your friend got in but you did not.

Try some of the more generic web chat rooms on yahoo or msn.
Also try at different times of the day when the servers may not be so busy.

Good luck.

Ask your friend to turn his web cam on. Then it stars broadcasting and sends request for viewing to the persons online in his/her friends list. So, make sure u are in his/her friends list.

Just accept it and there u go.

Hope that would help.
