WHy is it difficult for black women to remarry after a divorce or separation than it is for other races? (I am trying to do an analysis of relationships and ethnic groups)

I didnt realize it was harder.

Maybe because finding a good black guy who's not caught up in the street life, and who wants to support a family and wife is hard? Its harder for them to get a good education and good paying job, so that probably has a lot to do with it. The highest concentration of african americans is in large cities, and the school sytems down there suck, as do the employment oportunities.

I believe its a cultural problem in our society.

I didn't know it was difficult! I would say that we tend to be more cautious the next time around as in all races. What is this research for?

I did not know that. This is not fair if it is actually happening. I want to learn more about this too.
