There was not a 'before' according to the creationism theory. When God created the heavens and the Earth as in Genesis, he would have also created time. So thus, before God created 'here', there was not only no here, there was no time to be before so that someone else would be here.

Chaos ! God said, " Let there be light" and our universe began. However, as God created our universe would this not mean that He is outside of our universe? Most religions point to One supreme Being and a lesser opposite who is often attributed to man's demises. Can we accept the possibility of a Being who has, is and for always be constant based on our Earthly observations that all things here have a start and an end?

The Bible tells us in Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
St. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Revelation 1:11 I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last;......
So the answer is God, beside Him there is and was no one else.

No one was here before God, he I think has always exsisted, if you read the book of Genesis, God created the heavens and the earth, and all creation there in. ( But, that is in my opinion) not forcing anything upon you. People will have different views on this.

God always exists and will exist. So there's no question of who was there before God.
