Send another e-mail right away saying your sorry for the mishap....tell him/her your mind was far off when you wrote it. You haven't been sleeping well and the name you entered was one of your coworkers you just finished e-mailing...he/she will understand that. Simple error...and if they don't believe it...then maybe they carry too much jealousy.
