I think that what fred phelps is doing is disgusting. everyone deserves equal rights. I want everyone to read the entire article and give me your reaction on the actions and beliefs of this death-deserving, disgusting man.

Death deserving, I wouldn't say that only because that would make us as bad as him. Humiliate him, ostracize him, berate and belittle him or better yet just let his own hate consume him. People like Fred Phelps will never know happiness, they can't, for them it's just too far a concept.
I have had the "honour" of running into his son a few years ago here in Canada. His followers were here to object to Canada granting Same Sex Rights including marriage. If you know anything about Canada, you know he did not succeed.
The site is a stunning example of the ultimate form of hypocritical right wing christian demagoguery and should be seen for what it is.........just plain sad, pitiful even.
As for silencing him, I say don't, better to let our enemies show themselves for who they really are instead of driving them underground where they can prosper. If you need an example of what I mean, check up on a guy named David Duke, that should make the point.

If there is a Satan, Fred Phelps is his right hand man.
These people are evil.
Their belief is unreasonable... but I don't think anybody can or should stop them from believing what they do.
Their behavior is vile and more Anti-American than any terrorist that walks the Earth.
Their end is near.
Thank MY god people like him are actually FEW.
