realizing its hormones. She's not reacting out of her heart, just her head. In the moment. Pregnant women get really overwhelmed, in the heat, when theyre tired (which is always) and when theyre hungry.

your best bet is to let it go. Help her out, and learn to see it coming to you can avoid the situation that sets her off.

If you can talk with her mother, or someone who's close to her, and ask them to help her control her emotions it might help. But some women produce more hormones than others, so trying to control herself is like trying to keep from needing to pee.

You're going ot have to learn to let it go. And see it coming. DONT HOLD IT AGAINST HER. the best thing you can do when she's completely freaking out is to remind her that she's pregnant, and having a bad attitude is bad for the baby, and ask her if you can rub her back or feet.

It'll calm her down, i promise.

Just be understanding and supportive. Her hormones are raging and her moods are all over the place - so just go with it and be there for her. If she is hurtful or angry don't take it to heart, just understand that her hormones are making her act wacky.

Tell her you love her.

Seriously. Ever time you get mad, tell her you love her. Every time she's demanding, tell her you love her. She'll feel a little better towards you, and you'll remind yourself that she's not ALWAYS the hormonal mess she is now.

to be around her, but not to be around her. Just linger around the house. Let her know that you are there if needed but you will be doing whatever it is you do.
