NO! Because girls lose their periods. So, they can't produce eggs. No eggs , No baby.

yes thay can. i have known some female to have kids during menopause and there was a woman on the news in kansas that had a baby after menopauseand she was 76 years old. sometimes not all the eggs drop. and if u r ment to have a baby it dont matter what has happened to ur body GOD works in mysterious ways. and if he wants u to have a kid u will have one

During yes, I know a lot of women with menopause babies, but not after. Menopause is the shutting down of the female reproductive system so after its all over babies are impossible.
