If sperm, just a tiny bit, gets on my hand, and I wash my hands, is the sperm still alive?

no the sperm is not alive. most docters recommend washing your hands off with soap if sperm gets on it because the bacteria kills it.
And IF (BIG IF) the sperm sumhow didnt die because of the bacterias in the soap, it would only stay alive for one minute. because the air will dry it out.
well i hope that helped you :)

im guessing that if you washed your hands they sperm would no longer be on you but in the drain- where of course sperm can not sustain life.
