Hilary Duff, she's always been an actress. Lindsay Lohan is just a wannabe. By the way Hilary Duff is better at singing too, she has more albums out. Anyways Lindsay Lohan is supposively dying of liver failure, that's what i heard.

It is hard to decide. Both seem to have so much potential yet waste it all.
Hilary seems to be stuck in preteen movies, which will not advance her career at all. If she wants to be taken seriously, she will have to have a sex scene sometime. She can get away with her refusal to go topless for a role (it might actually be very empowering for her), but she will not go anywhere unless she gives into Hollywood's sexual demands.
As for Lindsay, she just seems to be partying it up a little too much. If she continues, she will be taken as seriously as Paris Hilton or Tara Reid.
But my vote goes for Lindsay. She is in the new, more-serious film Bobby, which shows that she is at least trying to be a better actress and not fall into a typecast.

Hilary Duff, shes sweet and very innocent, i like that she isnt a whore, and sleeps around Like Lindsay Lohan does.

Lindsay Lohan is the better actress. She was very good in Parent Trap - she even did a semi-good British accent (and that seems to be Gwyneth Paltrow's only talent)

hilary duff is to much of an airhead, but she did make good movies; besides, lindsay hasn't made many movies. but i have to admit that i really like cheaper by the dozen 1 & 2 and raise your voice was ok. lindsay did confessions of a teenage drama queen and also just my luck. other than that, they both are ok i guess.have a nice day! : )

Both are very good Actress. I see them going far in their career. I only hope that they don't get too caught up in being thin. Be healthy (that don't mean 90 pounds). I could shoot the person who thought that being a stick actually looks good. Not that I'm saying being fat looks good either, but geeze, give me a break! I saw a picture of Kate Hudson in this dress, and the magazine commented on how fit she was. She actually looks like she's starving to death! Anyway, Lindsey is so pretty and seems to have a cute personality. Hilary is more serious at this time. Again, both are good actresses. Good Luck to them both!
