Taking a general multi-vitamin should be enough. It'll provide you with the essentials, and unless you have other health problems, that should be enough. If you do have health problems, talk to your doctor about what you should take to help.

you can take what you wish depending on what you want to help a multivitamin is a good staple. then vitamin c to give your immune system a boost or ginko bilobo to help your memory. just make sure anything you take is herbal anything else could stunt your growth or something worse at 15 though. and if you want to you can ask your doctor when you go in for a check up or ask your parental unit.
