its obvious neither did evolution was obviously the thing because how could an egg or chicken just appear. the real question is how did the chicken evolve into an egg? or how did the chicken or the egg come first? not the question witch came first.

The chicken because the chicken had to lay the egg. It wasnt like there was this egg and it cracked open and there was a chicken... The chicken came first. Period.

The egg. A bird much like the chicken today laid an egg that had some sort of mutation or adaptation that made the bird inside a chicken.
granted it probably didn't happen THAT fast. But slower than God saying "POOF! A CHICKEN!"
