No. He thought that Jack Tripper was gay. Since the three lead characters knew that the landlord, Mr. Roper, wouldn't approve of a man living with two cute babes Jack decided to act as though he were gay. Mr. Roper was married to a messy old hag. She was ugly.

NORMAN FELL IS THE NAME WOMAN WAS HIS THING. HE PLAYED IN A LOT OF OLD MOVIES AS A BAD GUYS. HE WAS HARDLY GAY. REMEMBER HE WOULD BREAK HIS NECK TO WATCH BEAUTIFUL WOMEN.
