Its 2 pac because he sung from the heart not like most of these wanna be rappers out here he sun about what he had to go through in his life and how he chaned it but its still messed up some jealuos person took him out the game but 2pac did curse his self by talking about his self dieing.

Well I don't think we really know who the best rapper of all time is since we haven't even lived out our lives. So saying it's Biggie or Tupac is just a matter of opinion

I'd say Eminem. He's been through a lot of criticism to get where he is. Vanilla Ice may have been the first, but Eminem was the first one to stay. Plus he ryhmes things that normally wouldn't without changing the whole sound of the word.

Tupac because he did some crazy **** in his time and was so open and had a great delivery and talked about everything but most importantly kept his gangsta roots. He would be closely followed by Biggie, Jay-Z, Eminem, and 50 Cent.
