Eventually the sun will swallow the earth; that's pretty much known. I believe with the demoralization of people that I've seen from the past that we as a people will eventually kill each other off, or our standard of living will eventually go down the drain until third world countries now will look like the upper crust.

Yes and the time is coming near. Just read it in the bible. There has been serveral signs for the last several years now but these wars that are going on is a really big sign. If this is the time then there will never be world peace again and the wars will continue. Jesus will come for all his people before the world ends though and the rest will be left to die. Unlike the last world ending with water, this one is going to be destroyed by fire. My opinion to you is to make things right with God now and you won't have anything to worry about.

yes it will....
when the sun, our heat source, uses up all of the hyrdrogen available to it and burns out...
when stars, such as the sun, burn out...2 things happen
in laymens terms...
1) they blow up and then cause black holes
2) they bascially burn out
the sun being a small-medium size star
will probably do the later and then it will be darkness and the world will freeze over
so this humankind ends...but this isnt for billions of years
as far as the earth physcially coming to an end, not sure what would have to happen for that to occur. celestial entities to go away though

yes, at some time the work will end. Jesus will come back and he will establish a new heaven and a new earth. Look it up in the Bible in the book of Revelation.

Not in our lifetime, so stop worrying about it.
But yes, eventually the sun will die, and earth will shortly follow.

um,yeah probably when the sun dies, but thats in about 40 billion years, so i really dont think you have to worry about it!
