if you have microsoft word, go to file, new and then a box should appear on your right hand side. go to where it says "templates on office online" and it will then take you to microsoft's site where you can search for all kinds of resume templates and even download them.

if you don't have microsoft word, try going to www.microsoft.com and searching their site for the office templates. They have all kinds of good ones (such as what subheadings and formats) that will at least give you an idea that you can copy into whatever word proccessing software you have.

for general resume tips, www.msn.com under "careers" has a lot of good ideas on how to make your resume look good.
