No. Your conscience is your own personal values, what you believe is right or wrong and therefore impacts on what you feel good or bad about doing. It is informed by everything you have learned; if you have a religious upbringing then the tenants and beliefs of that religion will form part of your beliefs and influence your conscience.
God is altogether something else. God is not religion. God is bigger than any human can comprehend or imagine. Our problem is that when we see a little of God we think we see the whole picture but it is like looking at a mountain from one side and describing what we see. Each religion does that. They may all be true. 'I see a grassy slope with a winding road leading to a snow capped summit'
Someone on the other side sees a harsh rocky slope with no paths or roads and clouds obscure the top. We are both right.
Sadly religious people often end up arguing about what they see.
I believe that God is good. I believe that God loves us. I believe that God wants people to love each other. Most religions complicate what God tries to tell us.

God is as real as i am sexy, and i am very sexy. He lives mad far off in space and makes stuff. He makes people, planets, and everything else we see and think. There is no other explanation for the creation of existence. "God" might have been first thought up by someone, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't exist. It might not be a person or a shape making the creations but instead an ultimate being as powerful and big as the universe itself. Trust me, i know my facts.

Depends on your believe if GOD doesn't exist then he is merely a psychological tool of the survival instinct. Which tends to be my leaning, however if God exists I don't believe he is of Human form nor is heaven a place somewhere above the earth.More like a consciousness living in all matter.

Your conscience is simply your innocence that you were born with.
We as Muslims believe that babies are born innocent and going straight to heaven/paradise. So, it is our natural state of being to be in tune with our Creator, but we stray as we age and disobey Him.
Hope that helps.

No, because people commit atrocities they know to be wrong simply because they think they are following God's will.
