No. George Bush was educated at both Yale and Harvard and received excellent grades at both. He was raised in Texas where most natives have the "Southern drawl" accent. Most people will mistake this for stupidity. For example, if someone stuttered when they spoke but were making the Dean's List, would you call them stupid? He is not the best speaker, but he does have passion for what he does. Many people will answer 'yes' to this question, but usually their answer is not based on fact or prior knowledge, but rather political influence. Based upon his SAT scores, the President's IQ is around 129, which is considered "gifted". Though IQ tests are not that relevant, one can see after indepth study that the President is not stupid but actually intelligent. ANYONE who is president of America is going to be smart. People may not agree with them, but America's presidents will always be smart. If not, than THE WHOLE of America has made a bad decision.

There appear to be a lot of welfare democrats at home on the computer today. Judging from the poor spelling, incomplete sentences and total lack of logical arguments I would say that none of the people responding to your question have the credentials to stand in judgement of the most powerful man in the world. To say a person with such a long list of accomplishments is "stupid" defies reason and logic and calls into question the intelligence of the person making the statement.

sure, as long as there is one member of the militia in Iraq who believes we ought to constantly be there, and as long as we've the comparable sort of terrorist assaults after 9/11 right here interior the U.S. as we've got. And his "acts" weren't stupid, although he did fail to place the excellent people answerable for the militia, truly interior the Intelligence community. That alleycat who preceded him replace into lots worse. If he replace into taking part in heads-up ball, 9/11 under no circumstances could have took place. after all, he had 8 years to circumvent an connect and build our militia forces. Bush had 8 months.

The man has a MBA from Harvard... he may have the money to get there.. but he had to pass tests and write papers to stay in. He is a smart guy... How many people can say they have a Master's degree from Harvard University?

I would not say stupid. He has beliefs and he will never change them even when there is new information that contradicts his views. I think that is being stubborn.
Also, I think that his english language problems may be related to some kind of brain damage due to years of Alchohol and drug abuse.

We may see him as stupid, but do you think he cares?
The guy has made so much money off this war for himself, his family and his cronies. I'm sure he reflects on his stupidity everytime he checks his Swiss bank account. The people who voted for him are the stupid ones. And dumber than them, are the people who didn't vote.
