Most people will mistake this for stupidity. For example, if someone stuttered when they spoke but were making the Dean's List, would you call them stupid? He is not the best speaker, but he does have passion for what he does. Many people will answer 'yes' to this question, but usually their answer is not based on fact or prior knowledge, but rather political influence. Based upon his SAT scores, the President's IQ is around 129, which is considered "gifted". Though IQ tests are not that relevant, one can see after indepth study that the President is not stupid but actually intelligent. ANYONE who is president of America is going to be smart. People may not agree with them, but America's presidents will always be smart. If not, than THE WHOLE of America has made a bad decision.

Judging from the poor spelling, incomplete sentences and total lack of logical arguments I would say that none of the people responding to your question have the credentials to stand in judgement of the most powerful man in the world. To say a person with such a long list of accomplishments is "stupid" defies reason and logic and calls into question the intelligence of the person making the statement.

I would not say stupid. He has beliefs and he will never change them even when there is new information that contradicts his views. I think that is being stubborn.

Also, I think that his english language problems may be related to some kind of brain damage due to years of Alchohol and drug abuse.
