well hopefully the water is warm... so just keep swimming

outside of the pool get yoursefl a parka, and some of those Ogs.. very popular amongst girls college swimmers these years

I swam for 3 years outside and had morning workout at 5:30, sometimes it would get to be 32 outside and we would still swim.. the trick was running out of the locker as fast as you could took your parka off and jumped in

well i would swim at practice at 6:00 all the time, its weird that az can be that cold sometimes, anyway keep moving warmups, like some kicking drills and a 200 I.M. would help lots, because as your body moves and your heart rate goes up your muscles become more easy to work and as the blood flows heat builds up in them and you get warm! so yeah warmups are called warmups for a reason

I'd like to know the answer to this too but what i found is the best way is during warm up actually warm your body up by swimming fast so your body will generate heat

Do a normal swim work out. youd be amazed how warm the water feels after swimming 1000m

as long as u are moving and swimming about, you will feel warm
make sure you get into a towel and inside as soon as you get out of the pool
