This pervert guy with the name 'Dringo' put a pornographic website on my 10 year olds question page (she wanted to ask a queston) and she clicked into it & now we have viruses. PLUS she saw the things on it. How do i report him so he cant do that again?

Call your local police department about "Dringo" first, so they can locate him and arrest him for porn. They will handle it from there. Don't delete anything until the police sees everything because they will use that for evidence.
I have set parental controls on my computer which is in my Norton package. I have control of what my son loads. I also have Norton Virus Security. The other night my son and I could not get into our email because someone was trying to load a file. I called my Internet service and they told me that is was a virus trying to load. They told me to scan for viruses and if I had Spyware or Adware it would remove everything. My Internet service said to never say yes to load anything because most of them are viruses.
Ava, you don't have kids. So why the question?

If we click on her Q&A will we also get a virus. This is a serious question, I am new to learning the computer. I am very sorry that your daughter was exposed to such a horrible thing on a seemingly safe site. I would also definitely report that person immediately!
