What is normal?
How about what is healthy?
I am also 5-7 I have weighed 160,i didnt feel good.
I now weigh 150 i feel better and am on a womens baseball team.I hope to weigh 135-140 and be active but not obsessed.Ive also been obsessed and weighed 113.My family was worried.I was to worried about looking like a magazien cover.Wrong! The bottom line is not a number it is are you healthy are you active.Do you you eat healthy foods?Prossesed foods and fast foods are a no no.FResh food is,home cooked foods is a yes.The amount we fill our selfs with is importent to loosing weight.Whole grains,No white breads.Pastas made from whole wwheat are just as flavorfull as white but much better for you. There is a cople of books i recamend. The meditrainian way of eatting.And---What would Jesus eat.Dont go on a diet please, just change your eatting habbits.A change for the rest of your life, when you fail here and there keep going,no big deal. Its a prosses. No change is easy, and no one is perfect.Dont let the failiors keep you failing.Be happy healthy wise.Every thing in moderation.Remmember what society says is normal doesnt mean a hill of beans.

There is no way you are going to lose 20 pounds that fast, just accept yourself and move on...then start drinking lots of water, and begin a good exercise routine...I have found that doing Pilates or power yoga really helps tone me up quickly, so that I look better even if I haven't lost a lot of weight yet. Also by July 12th, if you have been working out and eating right, you will feel so good about yourself that you will feel gorgeous anyway, honestly! And I don't think there is anything abnormal about your weight, I am sure you are a lot smaller than a lot of us out here, and who says we all have to be tiny anyway?

You seem to a little over what you probably should be, how do YOU feel about yourself? That is what counts. Get some medical advice if you can, but safe dieting is important here, use up more calories than you take in, and get what exercise that is safe and interesting to you.

It's not obese but losing a few pounds would help. Diet and exercise..remember losing 2lbs a week is reasonable.

If you want to loose 20 lbs I would suggest daily exercise, smaller portions of food, eat lots of vegetables, and drink water.
Good luck!
