Bare Minerals by Bare Escentuals is fantastic

I am over 30 and I was still breaking out (no one told me that wouldn't go away!) After using it for about 2 weeks my skin cleared up and looks great. The makeup is very pure with no chemicals or fillers and it looks great on! It is also a natural SPF 15 so you get some protection just by wearing it.

I will never use another kind of makeup again. It is kind of hard to find sometimes though. You can order it on QVC, or get it at some Ulta or Sephora stores. Their website will also give locations of stores.

I've used a lot of different makeup. Jafra, MaryKay, Clinique, Max Factor, Revelon. I'm, at this time, using Neutrogena foundation (I get lots of compliments from it and it's comparable to Clinique, just cheaper), Clinique powder oil free, Maybelline lash discovery (I love the little wand), cover girl blush, and loreal lipstick. I like different brands for different things. But for a cheaper foundation that is oil free and looks really smooth, I really would recomment Neutrogena.

Really the only two products that you have to worry about is your foundation and your mascara. Spend generously on your foundation...The purer the ingredients, the more expensive a product will be. Higher priced foundations ususally contain a higher quality of pigments, which last longer on your skin and appear more flattering. Splurge on the best foundations and mascaras that money can buy, and save your money by buying less expensive colors (eyeshadow, blush, etc.).

i am a BIG makeup freak and thr best eyeliner is made by CARGO and you can get it at sephora or ulta. it doesnt smudge or anything.. all my friends and my mom use it everytime they see me lol. also if you where foundation dream matte mousse is AWESOME!!!!!!! i havent found a really good mascara yet. physicians formula has good eye shadows. a good blush is by neutrogena it had a gold outside but you can see the multi colored pallet looking makeup through the cover thing and the color i use is sun kissed it looks really natural and looks really cute during the summer bc it looks like a very SLIGHT sun burn. i would HIGLY reccommend all of these products.

I use Mary Kay. My daughter uses Mary Kay. She used Clinque until she turned 19 she liked my skin so she switched to Mary Kay. In her last year of college she switched back to Clinque and 3 years later back to Mary Kay where she says she is staying. They have been around for many, many years so just find what works for you and your skin. Don't go to cheap though I have sensitive skin and mary kay works...
