this friend stayed with me for 8 months and never got job but expected me to pay for everything we were never romanticly involved i even helped her son in his first grade of school i just couldnt take being used like this any longer and asked her to move out

No you shouldn't feel bad. She should feel bad for trying to take advantage of you. You did the right thing. you can't live with someone rent free.

She should be the one feeling bad. Not you. You were a good friend in letting her stay with you. Maybe now (which I doubt) she will get off her butt and start looking for work so she can support herself and child. I would also recommend not keeping her as a friend!

No, you shouldn't feel bad. You gave her more than enough ample time to get a job and contribute to the bills. You should tell her how you feel and why you asked her to leave. Explain to her that you aren't her husband or boyfriend and that you can't support her and her child.

No, dont feel bad...8 months is waaaaaaay tooo much . She had to find a job or help in any waay...Dont worry , u did the right thing ;)

Not unless you never spoke about the living arrangements. Maybe she was under the impression that she didn't have to pay for anything.
