There are different ways of doing it depending on how far along you are. but there's usually not a problem early on. The fetus doesn't even become viable until 20 weeks, and has pretty slim chances if born before 24 weeks. so if you want an abortion best to do it before then.

Depends where you are at...most places anymore will kill the baby at almost any time during the pregnancy. But please don't kill the innocent baby. There are soo many different better options. Don't be a MURDERER!
