Call the local Planned Parenthood in your state. The laws may vary from one state to another.

abortion is one of those moral issues that you will find that every individual has a strong opinion on and feelings about, pro and con.

many people will tell you that it's morally wrong any time after conception. others will tell you that you have the right to control over your own body. the only thing you can do is to follow your own morality.

it is natural for an expectant mother to feel fear, anxiety, even panic if the pregnancy is unexpected. but unexpected does NOT mean unwanted and over 70% of births even by married parents are not planned.

I know that some people are going to tell you to give the child up for adoption rather than terminate the pregnancy, so i'm going to address this here:

You are at a decision point right now where you have two options: to (1) have an abortion or (2) become a mother by giving birth. once you've become a mother comes the decision whether to (1) raise your child or (2) surrender it for adoption, but an informed decision about adoption can only be made once you've recovered from birth and any post-partum depression. and birth changes you biologically, psychologically, and emotionally such that you'll WANT to keep your baby once it's in your arms.

for many doctors, the "cut off" at which they'll do an abortion is 17 to 20 weeks, depending where you live and what pressure there is on doctors to restrict the procedure.

I guess all the way up to the 3rd trimester..
Though a life is a life to me.. it's not the child's fault- whatever happened. Unless there is a medical threat- I would offer another suggestion.. adoption. I was pregnant at 14... didn't have the abortion issue- because I didn't find out I was pregnant until the 8th month (long story!) So I basically had to look for adoptive parents for my child.
My daughter lives today- age 17.

If u need someone to talk to- feel free to contact me..

it depends on the state where you have the abortion done (28 weeks in fla is the latest for elective)

this does not apply if the baby has severe health issues you can have it done later

If you decide that you do not want to have a baby, please hear me out. There are a lot of people like my wife and I who are unable to have a baby. We depend on people who do not want a baby, but have gotten pregnant. There is a large "market" for babies out there and people like me will pay medical costs, etc. to adopt your baby. We don't care about race or gender. Please talk to someone about adoption. You may find someone you know in a place like I am in, so you will be able to keep in touch with your child, but let someone else raise them. If you don't know anyone who is interested, e-mail me.

You should do it within six weeks because after that the fetus has grown enough to be a real baby and not just a seedling.

Abortions can be performed in the third trimester, they are referred to as partial birth abortions. I call them murder.

How are you going to pay for an abortion if you don't even want to tell your parents? You are seriously dumb.
