I picked up Zimmerman when Pujols went on the DL. He's very consistent and with Soriano ahead of him, he gets plenty of chances at knocking him in.....Over long term course of the season, he's the better choice, imo.

I say take Zimmerman. Even though he is playing in a pitcher's park he is batting in a spot in the order where he will get a good number of RBI's and he has more major league at bats than Kinsler. He has been very consistent for his rookie year and he will only get better. I think he has a shot at driving in almost 100 RBI and hitting 25 homers with a 280ish average.

How are Kinsler and Zimmerman on waivers in your league?
For a 1 season and perpetual league, Zimmerman is the guy.
I expect him to finish with about 19 HR and 84 RBI

Kinsler has had some limited playing time due to injuries, so his overall numbers aren't all that great; however, I saw something where he was on a top 3 to pick up list if available. He seems to have pretty decent power - even if he is a rookie, that doesn't matter. Zimmerman does have more experience and Soriano (for now) batting in front of him, but don't discount the Rangers' offense, it can be one of the best in baseball.

I am a Rangers fan so I would take Kinsler, but there are several better options than these two on the waivers. If you can, get Gary Matthews Jr. who plays OF

Of the two, Zim will produce more HR's and RBI's, but Kinsler will hit for a better average.

Who would they replace? Without that information it is hard to answer the question.
I would take Zimmerman. He should have more homers and RBI's than Kinsler.

Kinsler
Traded for him in my KEEPER LEAGUE. Cain for him and I got a 4-5 rd. pick increase going into next year(could only keep 6 guys on my roster so it was worth it,not competing well either so had to improve my draft).
Multi-position player too in fantasy.
