Someone I know plays psychological mind games all day with me. I'm getting sick of it and caught myself several times on the brink of going off on them. Does anyone know how to stop the mind games and just get them to leave you alone?

Got some examples of what they're doing? I can give specifics with how to deal with the situation if I knew. Otherwise, go off on them--make it loud, don't beat around the bush, make sure you do it while others are present, and tell that individual you're tired of putting up with the childish BS. If that doesn't work, report them to your supervisor, and document each instance in case you need to file legally (it's called a hostile work environment). This is my suggestion, since my preferred tactics for this type of scenario aren't for everyone.

Tell them nicely! Take them aside and tell them what they are doing is annoying and very disruptive! do you work with this person? If they won't stop, then by all means get some help!

slap the sh*it out of them. Physical threat is often a quick and resounding remedy for everything that goes on in the office. either that or ignore them. every once in awhile look at them, smile and walk away. when you're talking to co-workers, point at him for no reason. say hello to them with a very sly smile, often. borrow things from their desk and put them someplace else when you're done using them. when you're talking with co-workers, mention their name, loud enough so they can hear it, fo noe reason. bring them a cup of coffee out of the blue and smile while you're doing it. sit at their desk and make some phone calls. while you're on the phone, play with the things on their desk, doodle on their calendar, move sh*it around. lots of things to annoy your coworker with. if they get a flustered, which they will, point out to them that if they don't knock that sh*it off, you'll get pissed.
