i will tell u what are the reasons of that and i will show u the way to get ride of it:
1-lack of sleep(as u said u sleep enough 8 hrs per day....dont sleep during a day....do some kind of sport in the evening...eat the light dinner with yaghourt....dont drink tea or cafe after 6 pm....eat some biscuits and warm milk before u go to bed...when u see u cant sleep leave ur bed ..read something then when u get sleepy again back to bed)...
2-smoking(its better if u decrease the number of cigarette u smoke)
3-nutrition(have to drink 7 glasses of water per day...2 piece of fruits including ur routine foods)
4-stress
5-glasses(better to use contact lense)
6- watching the monitor(every one hr let ur eyes rest for 5 mins)
7-rubbing ur eyes alot....make ur little vein broken(try to dont rub ur eyes alot and use warm pad on ur eyes at night if during the day u rubed them)
8-anemia(u have to ask ur G.P ab that and by blood test u can find that out),like when u dont have enough Iron ...u can use some ferrus sulfate tablets per night(but just wih ur G.P order
9- lack of Zinc(one tablet of Zn per night)
10-Genetic(here is no way just u can cover it by cosmetic brands)

That is a hard one. What are your dark circles the result of- allergies, lack of sleep or poor make up techniques? Some things that help are vitamin k creams under the eye, resting with cool tea bags or cucumber slices over the eye, cool eye compress each morning for 20 minutes, eliminating carbonated drinks, increasing your water consumption and there is a product by Hydroderm that is supposed to be really good.

There are some good creams for under eye darkness, clinique do a nice cream that helps to reduce them. Also try a good concealer such as Touch Eclat by YSL. Or a cheaper version is the Revlon skinlights concealer pen. That is good too!

Hope I helped :)

Stop the ageing process, that would help the ones that have dark circles under their eyes because they are getting older. :)

don't pick a fight with a school bully
don't fall for the telescope prank on april fools day

if neither of those happened... (this is the serious answer!)
while your eyes are OPEN, dab them with an alcohol-soaked rag. then, get mercury from a thermometer, and sprinkle it around your eyes.(where the circles are) next, squirt lime juice on top of the mercury! problem solved!!!

You stop letting people punch you in the face. Really, I would recommend cucumbers on the eyes. Also if you are not sleepping well or getting enough sleep I would.

Ice works the best, or put sliced cucumber in ice and then lay on top for twenty minutes, it reduces the swelling which will draw out the blood which causes this look.
