Does it happen while surfing? If so and it annoys you do this: On your browser click on Tools->Internet Options->Advanced tab. Scroll right down to the bottom and uncheck 'Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode'. Click apply and voila!

This means you have left an area that is 128-bit ssl secured. It is mostly used on web pages when there is sensitive personal information involved, such as entering a password, ordering an item, or online banking. When you leave a secure web page, a message displays telling you this. To get rid of this, your computer usually has a check box that has the equivalent of "don't tell me this again". You should check this box and click "OK". If this doesn't work, go to the Control Panel (Classic View), click on "Internet Options", then click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll all the way down, and deselect the checkbox that says "Warn if changing between secure and nonsecure mode".
This will fix the problem.
